as quickly and efficiently as possible. This shipping policy outlines the terms and
conditions related to the shipment of our products within the United States.

1. Standard Shipping:
   • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
   • Cost: Flat rate of $5 for orders under $50
   • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping for orders over $50
2. Expedited Shipping:
   • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
   • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and order size

Processing Time
   • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12
PM (noon) on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following
Monday.
   • During peak times such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may
be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.

Delivery Issues

1. Lost or Stolen Packages:
    • Oakdale Roastery is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after
delivery. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address. If your
tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you
cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.

2. Incorrect Address:
    • If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us
immediately at [customer service email/phone number]. We will do our
best to update the address before the order ships. However, we cannot
guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

3. Delivery Delays:
    • We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, but we are not
responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions,
