However, our Brazil Alta Mogiana stands out as an excellent espresso base. We use it as the foundation for our Bigfoot Espresso, but it isn’t included in our other coffees. If you enjoy the nutty, mildly acidic flavor of traditional coffees but desire a lingering aftertaste and complexity, this is your ideal cup of joe.
