Named after the country’s national flower, this lot combines varieties like Bourbon, Caturra, Villa Sarchi, Typica, and Catuai and consistently cups in the 85+ range. The unique microclimate of hot days and cool nights helps develop vibrant acidity balanced with sweetness and medium body, revealing notes of cherry, brown sugar, dark berries, and a sweet finish, with an espresso character featuring lemon acidity, brownie, sweet berries, and red apple.
